How much does DMIS cost?
DMIS is quoted for each plant, based on the number of lines, users and integrations. It is offered as a monthly SME subscription with a one-time onboarding fee, or as a white-label licence. Request a quote and we will reply within one working day.
Do we need to buy sensors or hardware?
No. DMIS works with the data you already record, through Excel uploads or the Data Hub API. There is no CapEx.
How quickly does DMIS pay back?
Most plants see payback in under three months, mainly from shorter changeovers, less scrap and rework, and less downtime.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. We run three-month pilots on real plant data with agreed targets, typically +10% OEE, −10% changeover waste and −15% quality deviation.
